Dr. Heping Zhu is an Agricultural Engineer and Lead Scientist with USDA/ARS Application Technology Research Unit co-located in OARDC/The Ohio State University campus in Wooster, Ohio. He has been working on development of advanced equipment and methods to improve pesticide application efficiencies for over 30 years.
